Various models of doing sport in the large cities – ideas and hints

Now our cities are more and more dirty, but surprisingly there are human bings who are trying to reverse this tendency. A large numeber of them don’t use cars for the city mobility.

There are a large number of sorts of bicycles; for travelling in the town the most wide-spread is a simple city bike which takes us from place to place, but there are more personalised bikes. That depends on what purpose we want to use a bicycle is it for movement, activity or sport (or for example extreme sport). Custom single speed bikes are more appropriate for long distant activity and for the town we have got city bicycles (mens city bike and town bicycle for women – they are not the same in construction which correspond with the human figure). Mens city bike is much more dynamic (men are statistically stronger than women and the female type is more comfortable (it helps to travel with your back place straighter than in mens city bike). In these days a good bike is a very expensive device, therefore it is reasonable to consult this issue with more experienced person. If we don’t have got a large place to keep our bike we may rent one. In many towns there are bicycles for rent, you may ride on it as long as you need and then pay for it (of’course you need to register in the first place in the special base). If you don’t enjoy bicycles you can walk or begin to do nordic walking, it is a form of walking with 2 sticks, that kind of exercise is not very expensive and you don’t need to be in a good shape to start doing it. It is a good sport for all human beings with problems with their backbone, but it is a good thing to know that in this sort of sport we should place sticks in the appropriate way to have a proper posture while this activity. It is advisable to take one or two lessons before we started to do such an activity.

Every form of doing sport is fantastic thing for our shape. It is an outstansding thing to do some outdoor sport, meet other people with whom we may share our interests and just be glad.
